Smiling Sunday

I am smiling this Sunday; I finally got to touch, hold, kiss and show love to
my Newborn Grand daughter{Malaika} this morning.
Why did it take 4 days you might ask?
I just got out of the hospital yesterday.
Ugh!!!
Bladder infection (again) and kidney problems.
Seems the older I get the more problems I am experiencing.
This is the day I got to hold Little Malaika.
In the photograph with me is my oldest daughter, Shana, happily proclaiming what a proud Auntie she is ; gladly showing the familial resemblance.
Yes, She is into the pink girlie thing already and I love it!!!

Love, Peace & Hugs

  1. Malaika is such a beautiful baby and clearly the apple of her Auntie and Grandma's eyes. Hope you are feeling better with your bladder and kidney problems Carole. Lots of water and cranberry juice for you. :)
